WILLING TO ARREST ANY BAILIFF ATTEMPTING TO USE A FRAUDULENT INSTRUMENT ?

THIS IS INTENDED FOR THOSE WILLING TO ARREST ANY BAILIFF ATTEMPTING TO USE A FRAUDULENT INSTRUMENT.

( Apologies to those who already know this stuff but as I don't know you I wish to offer you protection should you be arrested yourselves)

I would suggest that the persons willing to arrest bailiffs stand inside Guy's front door. This is better than his exterior gate because access can be easily restricted at the front door which only needs to be opened a little bit.

The arrester then can introduce himself to the Bailiff and ask what he wants. I will say I am Guy's Mckenzie friend and ask to see the warrant. I will then say this warrant is fraudulent. I John Timbrell am arresting you for using a fraudulent instrument in an attempt to take possession of this property. You are not obliged to say any thing unless you wish to do so and anything you say will be taken down in writing and be given in evidence.

From here on events will dictate what follows.

1) you may be able to persuade a constable to accept your arrest and place him into their custody.

2) if the constable refuses, try and take the Bailiff to a vehicle accompanied by volunteers and consider driving to a police station. You stay in the car with the bailiff while the volunteers go inside and ask to see the officer in charge because there has been a citizens arrest.

3) More likely is that the police will arrest you for various possible offences.

You should know that provided you are polite they will be acting illegally themselves.

If they arrest you make a token refusal so that they have to take hold of you firmly.

You can say "you are acting outside your authority" or whatever.

Now I suggest that you copy the following on separate bits of paper and if asked questions make a show of reading from the paper and stick to it. This will avoid persistent questioning.

PLEASE remove my name from any paper and if they ask who is advising you state The man's name is Nat. I don't know his surname.

IF ARRESTED GO QUIETLY>
Do not get into conversation with the officers on the way to the police station.

At the police station the constable will introduce you to a sergeant in charge of the cells and say why he arrested you. Here you can say why the officer was/is acting unlawfully and explain why and demand/ask to be released. You should know that each officer is acting alone so each officer is liable and under a duty to act lawfully.

You will be asked for your name and address and other details.

You can follow the videos I sent earlier if you feel confident but otherwise be compliant but say repeatedly, "I am doing this under duress".

IF THEY ASK YOU IF YOU WANT A SOLICITOR

Say yes and accept their offer of a duty solicitor. When he arrives he will introduce himself. Say "Are you a solicitor or a solicitor's clerk?" If he says that he is a solicitor's clerk call the officer and accuse him of attempting to con you and take no further part in the process. If they try and question you before a camera, repeat your allegation and demand to be released. Do not answer their questions".

You might be detained overnight to be placed before a court the following morning. Hopefully Guy or Linda will have arranged a solicitor to bring the evidence of the false document before the court.

IF THEY WANT TO BAIL YOU.

Acccept their bail. When they ask you to sign, write before you sign.I am writing my signature as a living man under duress because the police are detaining me unlawfully and then write your name using lower case letters.

IF THEY INTERVIEW YOU USING CAMERA

You can keep it short by saying after they have cautioned you and they say "do you understand?.

You should say "no. I am an idiot" and keep reading it until they get fed up.

Idiot is a lawful term completely different from the colloquial meaning. Briefly it means that you as a living man do not understand.  i.e. stand under, their desire to see you as a legal fiction.

You as a living man  cannot understand their fictional world and therefore you are an idiot.

This approach will not be understood by the constable but be assured after they bail you you will not want you to attend court.

ALTERNATIVELY you can play their game and try and justify your lawful actions and their unlawful actions , but be prepared for many court appearances.

What a world we live in!

Best wishes.
